The digestive system is seriously affected by stress in different ways, like cramping, inflammation, imbalance of bacteria in the gut, and a decrease in oxygen and blood flow in the stomach.

Continuous stress can produce more stress hormones that cause blood clotting. Blood is the main reason for heart attack. If you are addicted to tobacco or Alcoholic drinks then short-term stress can seriously damage your heart. In this condition, it is suggested that you should accept things you can not tolerate. There is also a need to connect with your friends or people you love more and try to stay happy as much as possible. This one is the best practice to overcome stress.
